What are the differences between heat and temperature?

HeatTemperature
i. It is a form of energy which gives sensation    of coldness and hotnessi. It is the degree of hotness or coldness of a body.
ii. It is a cause of change in temperature.ii. It is an effect of heat.
iii. It measures total kinetic energy of all molecules of a body.iii. It measures average kinetic energy of the molecules of the body.
iv. Its SI unit is joule (J).iv. Its SI unit is kelvin (K).
v. Heat does not decide its flow itself.v. Temperature decides the flow of heat as it flows from higher to lower temperature.
vi. Caloriemeter is used to measure it.vi. Thermometer is used to measure it.
